• Square footage ranges: 4500 sqft (I've attached a map for reference)
• Pricing:
  • Base Rent PSF: $18
  • NNN Fees PSF (i.e. CAM): $5.25
    • Total Monthly: ( Square footage ) x ($23.25) + 6.5% (Sales TAX) = (ANNUAL RENT) / 12 = (MONTHLY RATE)
